Our Value Proposition

(Export Automotive Online Escrow Transaction Service Protocol)

I. Core Service Objectives

Addressing trust deficits in cross-border automotive transactions through an integrated model of "Escrow Payment + Transaction Guarantee + Supply Chain Visibility" to ensure buyers receive "Payment Security + Verified Vehicle Condition", thereby reducing transactional disputes and accelerating cross-border automotive trade efficiency.

II. End-to-End Transaction Safeguards

A. Pre-Transaction: Documentation Verification & Deal Lock

Comprehensive authentication of vehicle compliance documentation including:

1.Vehicle specification sheet & mileage records

2.Visual documentation (high-resolution images/videos)

3. VIN verification and manufacturing year

4. Purchase contract and registration certificate

5. Destination market compliance certification

6. Customs export license

7. Independent third-party inspection report

8. Mileage authentication certificate

Upon successful verification, buyers execute transaction through digital signature and company seal, with all documents uploaded as Escrow Transaction attachments.

  • Transaction Execution: Payment Security & Performance Monitoring

Buyer provides complete shipping profile including contact details, delivery address, country or region (Transaction processed through Alibaba Trade Assurance program).30% deposit payable within 72 hours via secured payment link. Seller initiates order fulfillment within 1-3 business days of deposit receipt and 70% balance due prior to customs clearance & shipment dispatch. Seller must upload shipping documents ( like B/L, waybill) to platform. Real-time logistics tracking with buyer visibility ensures "Shipment Transparency".

C. Post-Delivery: Non-Conformance Resolution

Definition of Non-Conforming Delivery (any single criterion triggers refund eligibility):

1. Specification variance: Delivered vehicle configuration contradicts purchase contract (e.g., contracted 2023 Toyota Prado 2.8T Diesel vs. delivered 2022 2.7L Petrol).

  • Odometer discrepancy: Actual mileage exceeds documented mileage by more than 10,000 km without valid justification.

3.Undisclosed modifications: Unreported major repairs to critical components (engine/transmission)

Refund Protocol:

1. Claim Initiation: Buyer files within 3 calendar days of port arrival, supported by:

Inspection report from platform-accredited third-party agency

Visual evidence (photos or videos) documenting variances

2. Claim Adjudication: Seller must respond within 7 business days

Default judgment for buyer if seller fails to substantiate counter-claim

3. Refund Valuation:

Partial non-conformance: Proportional refund based on variance value (e.g., 10% spec difference = 10% purchase price refund)

Material non-conformance( like vehicles damaged by accident or water): Full purchase price refund + reimbursement of logistics/customs/inspection costs

4. Fund Disbursement: Platform processes refund via original payment method within 7 business days of ruling, with return freight borne by seller.

Dispute Resolution: Contested claims escalate to platform mediation with binding arbitration.

III. Value-Added Services

Compliance Assurance:
Full-service parts supply chain support for NEV & conventional vehicles, resolving "overseas maintenance challenges" through integrated after-sales solutions.

Partnership Opportunity:

Global enterprises and individual buyers are invited to collaborate in advancing new energy vehicle globalization initiatives and overseas expansion strategies.
