3.Undisclosed modifications: Unreported major repairs to critical components (engine/transmission)
Refund Protocol:
1. Claim Initiation: Buyer files within 3 calendar days of port arrival, supported by:

Visual evidence (photos or videos) documenting variances
2. Claim Adjudication: Seller must respond within 7 business days
Default judgment for buyer if seller fails to substantiate counter-claim
